In addition to the reset command, it was also suggested that one blade
could halt the other blade.  So, there would be 2 commands -- one that
does a reboot and one that does a halt.  To unhalt a blade, the other
blade could do the reboot command.

I don't think we should put this halt command as part of the current
'system halt' command.  It would be too easy to enter the command that
halted the blade that you're currently on.  I would suggest something
like 'system altblade reset' and 'system altblade halt'.

We should definitely keep the y/n confirmation, and I also like the idea
of including the -y option.  That will keep the commands consistent with
others.
